About Logan Maintenance & Construction Inc.

BL Logan Maintenance & Construction Inc., referred to as Logan Construction is located in Kamloops BC. We work in all industries including the Energy, Mining, OSB, Plywood and Sawmill industries. We currently employ 20 to 40 certified trades’ people consisting of Millwrights, Welders, Pipefitters and Carpenters. We also employ laborers. We are a well rounded group, with trades coming from the mining, construction and wood industries. We can supply more trades and trades people as required. All of our trade’s people are certified.

We do general Construction and Maintenance, Shutdowns, Concrete, Erection, Alignment, Pipe and pump installation, commissioning and de-commissioning. We also do Fabrication and Mechanical rebuilding in our shop (ie. Reducers, pumps, cylinders etc.) to name just a few. See our construction services for a full list.

Our Safety Procedures Manual will be supplied on request. We are a Lost Time Accident Free company and enjoy the lowest WCB rate category in BC.

Some resent projects include the relocation, rebuilding and installation of IG Machine and Fibers primary crusher. The installation of Nexterra Energy Corporation’s new Wood Fired Bio-Mass Gasification Plant at Tolko Heffley B.C. and Nexterra Corporation’s Bio-Mass Energy System at Dockside Green at Victoria B.C.

We are the principal Construction and Maintenance contractor for Weyerhaeuser Sawmill Kamloops; Canfor Sawmill Vavenby; IG Machine and Fiber Ltd. Ashcroft; Thompson River Veneer Kamloops. We also provide contract maintenance and shutdown crews to Ainsworth OSB in 100 Mile House, Tolko Plywood Heffley BC, and to Graymont Mining at Pavilion BC.
